Choosing child care is a big decision, and we’re here to make it as easy and reassuring as possible. At Beaver Creek, we’re all about creating a caring, engaging, and safe place where your child can learn, grow, and shine.

Who We Welcome
We currently offer care for:
• Toddlers (18 months – 2.5 years)
• Preschoolers (2.5 years – 5 years)

Our program supports your child’s development every step of the way—from building independence and social skills to helping them get ready for kindergarten.
We offer full-time care only, Monday to Friday.


Hours of Operation
We’re open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
We are closed on all statutory holidays, so our educators can rest and recharge too!


How to Enroll
We keep things simple and supportive throughout the admissions process:

1. Get in Touch or Book a Tour
Reach out to us with questions or book a time to come visit—we’d love to meet you and show you around!

2. Fill Out an Application
If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll give you a short application form to complete.

3. Waitlist (if needed) If we’re currently full, we’ll place your child on our waitlist and keep in touch as spaces become available.

4. Receive an Offer
When a spot opens up, we’ll contact you and send you everything you need to register.

5. Register & Confirm
Once we receive your completed forms and deposit, your child’s space will be officially saved.


What You’ll Need to Provide 
To complete your registration, we’ll ask for:
• A completed enrollment package (we’ll provide this to you)
• An up-to-date immunization record
• Pre-authorized payment information (for our semi-monthly billing)


Fees & Payment Details
Beaver Creek Daycare is proud to be part of the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system, which helps lower the cost of licensed child care for families.

Our current rates are:
• Toddlers: $22.00 per day
• Preschoolers: $22.00 per day

We bill on a semi-monthly schedule, with two invoices each month based on your child’s full-time attendance. This makes budgeting a little easier, and payments are made through your pre-authorized payment setup.
